Policy
Bookings
We require a credit card to book all appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running 10 minutes late we will do everything to accommodate you, but if running excessively late keep in mind we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to avoid full charge for the service scheduled. The notice period is calculated from the previous salon business day. (Tuesday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by 5:00 pm the preceding Saturday.)
Appointments for longer services such as full highlights, Keratin treatments, and relaxing services require a minimum of 3 days to cancel or reschedule.
Color Appointments
Color services do not include a blowdry. If desired, a blowdry appointment must be scheduled separately and should be requested at the time of scheduling all color services.
Cell Phone Use
We strive to make your experience at our salon as tranquil as possible. Please limit cell phone use in the salon and consider turning your phone ringer off or to vibrate while in the salon.
Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. However, our staff accepts tips in cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Tips cannot be added to credit cards.
Adjustments
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, we would love to have you come back in to adjust it. There is a 2 week time limit to schedule an adjustment on a color or cut service.
